Microwave Puffy Paint:

 

1 TBSP self-rising flour

 1 TBSP salt

3 tsp water

 food color

 (This amount for each color you want to make.)

Mix all ingredients then

Paint on cardboard or cardstock, the microwave for 15-20 sec.
