Recipe share


So, I thought it might be kind of fun to do a recipe share. :)
I don't have many of my own recipes, but here is one of mine (Peanut butter cookies)
and a few others that I found while browsing the internet.
Easy, No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies
ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Use fork dipped in granulated sugar to make a criss cross pattern on
the top of each cookie.
Sprinkle each cookie with sugar.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup
ingrediants:
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 T. minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley
dash of paprika
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
Directions:
In medium saucepan, boil broth, 1/2 c. of milk, onion, garlic
and seasonings until onions and garlic are tender.
Wisk together remaining 1 c. of milk and flour, then add to boiling mixture
and wisk continually until mixture boils and thickens.
Makes about 3 cups of soup.

Applesauce Bread
ingredients:
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. applesauce
2 eggs
4 T. butter, melted
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then make a well in the center.
Combine honey, applesauce, eggs, and melted butter.
Pour wet mixture into well of dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
